First Session
The goal of coaching is to help you be able to feel empowered to face and embrace life's challenges. This is why I cannot stress enough your active participation and engagement in your coaching. I can help you explore, guide you, and show you new tools, but I cannot live your life for you.
Before your first session, I will ask you to fill out some paperwork that will help provide information that is helpful for me to know to better help you. I ask that paperwork is completed 24 hours before our session, so that I can go over what you shared, and that we can make the most out of our first session together. During our first session, I will ask some clarifying questions to make sure I have a deeper understanding of what feels absent or present in your life that you are struggling with and assist in identifying perceived barriers standing in your way. I also encourage you to ask any questions you have of me. Remember, this is your coaching.
