My regular rate is $100 per session (60 minutes)

or $50 for a mini-session (30 minutes).

* Mini-sessions are recommended if you’re needing additional support or can be used for check-ins.

I offer a one-time package of 3 sessions for $250 (that’s roughly $83.33 per session) which is non-refundable. Even if you’ve done the phone consultation and feel mostly sure that I would be helpful for you, I understand the hesitancy that can come with working with someone and not knowing if it will be a good fit. I ask that you give yourself 3 sessions, within a 30-day period to allow yourself to connect and build a foundational relationship with me. After that, you’ll have a better idea if you’d like to continue.

I make this package non-refundable because accountability is so crucial in coaching. We cannot make any progress if we are only seeing each other once a month at the beginning of our coaching relationship and in those beginning sessions, we are still just trying to get to know one another.

• 4 sessions of 1-hour individual coaching

• 4 additional session of 15-30 minute follow-up/debriefing

I accept Cashapp, Venmo and all major credit cards. I do also provide sliding-scale for those who are unable to afford my normal rate and who qualify.
