“So, what exactly do you do?”
The simple answer is that I help people fall in love with themselves and their lives.
The more detailed answer is,
The most important intimate relationships that you will ever have in your life is the one that you have with yourself.
Experiencing intimacy in relationships with others includes 7 components:
Knowledge & awareness, interdependence, care, trust, responsiveness, mutuality, commitment
When we work together, we will first start by strengthening these components in your relationship with yourself. We will explore these aspects and challenge them which will allow the opportunity to grow into deeper, more intimate relationship with ourselves.
Our relationship with ourselves impacts and determines the depth, strength, connectedness we can experience with others. By working on your relationship with yourself, you are opening yourself up to more meaningful, loving, intimate relationships around you.
So where does the self-love part come in? Self-love is intertwined throughout the process! Sometimes we will face this topic head-on, and other times it will be something you start to notice grows on its own as you tend to the intimacy of your relationship with yourself.
